Colorado is a world class hunting and fishing destination and a major contributor to our state economy.

As Governor, I will appoint Wildlife Commissioners and other resource management officials who have a balanced view of conservation and development.  I will consult with sportsmen, conservationists, energy interests, the agriculture sector, and other stakeholders when formulating resource policy.

I will encourage and support opportunities for our youth to experience hunting and fishing.

I will work with sportsmen and others in the private sector to help ensure adequate shooting facilities around the state.

As a lifelong sportsman and gun owner I am committed to restoring balance to Colorado land and resource management policies.
