 Senate Bill 235 - Habitat Stamp 

Senate Bill 235 "creates the Colorado wildlife passport Fund (fund), which shall consist of moneys received from the sale of Colorado wildlife passports and moneys otherwise donated to the habitat stamp program. Allows moneys in the fund to be used for the operation and maintenance of lands in the Colorado wildlife habitat protection program administered by the division of wildlife, to market the habitat stamp program, and to assist in acquiring interests in real estate."
